Our commitment Towards

Diversity & Inclusion

As a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE), certified by Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC) affiliated by National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), AeroLine International embraces diversity in the culture of the organization and our approach to doing business, including the opportunities we provide within our own company.

Our commitment to growing supplier and workforce diversity takes many forms, one of which is active participation and support of organizations that support diverse businesses.

More than participation and financial support, our commitment takes the form of active engagement with diverse suppliers in the AeroLine Diverse Supplier Program through which we mentor and provide business opportunities for diversity-owned businesses.

Our culture of inclusion and focus on health and well-being helps ensure that everyone – regardless of background – feels included and can run at their best. When we collaborate with others who have different points of view, it creates a greater mix of ideas and spurs innovation.

We focus heavily on promoting candidates that belong to underrepresented backgrounds and disadvantaged communities. We run many programs such as “Women in Tech”, “Women Back to Work,” “Military Veteran & Disabled Outreach Program,” “LGBTQ Talent”, and many more to attract highly diverse candidates across the nation.

Inclusion at AeroLine International is about creating a deep sense of belonging. It's about a culture where you are valued, your ideas are heard, and you advance this culture for everyone. With this focus and spend allocation, we have been able to create a candidate base that is 80-85% diverse.
